Jill Earthy

Principal, Risery

Jill is an entrepreneurially minded leader who believes diversity drives innovation. The creation of Risery is the culmination of her over 20 years of experience in distinguished leadership roles. as an entrepreneur, and supporting entrepreneurs and organizations.

Jill is the CEO of the Women’s Enterprise Centre BC. She was formerly the Head of Female Funders empowering female leaders to invest in early-stage companies, and was Chief Growth Officer of FrontFundr, an online investment platform, bridging the gap between entrepreneurs and investors. She has successfully built two companies nationally and sold them, and then spent 8 years in leadership roles in the non-profit sector supporting entrepreneurs as CEO of the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs, and as Regional Director of Futurpreneur Canada..

She is a community leader and active mentor, currently serving on the national Board of Sustainable Development Technology Canada, Women’s Enterprise Organizations of Canada (WEOC) and the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs. Jill is Co-Chair of the annual We for She Conference supporting the economic advancement of women.

Jill has been well recognized for her work, including recently the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion award as a Community Champion, by Business in Vancouver as an Influential Woman in Business and by WXN as one the Top 100 most powerful women in Canada in 2019.

Jill is deeply passionate about creating new models to benefit all. She is a facilitator, collaborator, catalyzer and champion.
